Returns Due to Product Damage
- Bike must be new, unridden, in original packaging

Submit pictures of damage to orders@dewittbikeworks.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

If approved we will send a replacement part or bike and a return label for the damaged part or bike to be returned.
Return Policy:
- Bike must be returned in all original packaging
- Buyer pays for return shipping cost
- 15% restocking fee
